Message from the President                                                                                
I have the great pleasure to place before you our first newsletter. Our newsletter will not only be mailed but you can also have the access of it on our web site. It would be released every three months with latest collection of news from our boxes. Apart from the updates on our events and future programmes, we would also be pleased to carry news on new projects and the latest technology development in footwear and component related segment.

IFCOMA objects are not only to create awareness and direct linkage between the buyers and sellers of components, accessories and allied product but also in the technical, mechanical and designing fronts. I wish this newsletter known as "ifcoma e-news" will find place in your time of reading preference in the near future.

I am happy to note that the Indian Footwear Components Manufacturers Association (IFCOMA) is launching its first newsletter.

IFCOMA has given a shape to the footwear components industry, which has grown during the last decade to match with International standards. Indian footwear components industry through your support have established their presence in several countries.

Setting up of two footwear components parks, one in Agra and other in Tamil Nadu will further pave ways for the sustainable growth of the Industry. I once again wish IFCOMA all success in its endeavour in bringing out a newsletter, which will help in sharing of information with all your members.

I am happy to that M/S Indian Footwear Component Manufacturer Association is launching its Newsletter. I am sure that it will provide valuable information to its readers and will open avenues for the growth of this sector. When the contemporary economic scenario calls for competitive marketing strategies, the distribution of such information disseminating material would provide a great flip to the efforts of IFCOMA. One-stop Display cum resource center :                                                           

IFCOMA's first unique ONE-STOP DISPLAY CUM RESOURCE CENTRE is now ready and would be inaugurated shortly. Thanks to FDDI and the Ministry of Commerce for the support under the 10th five year plan. The display centre has shelves for the members to showcase their products. The center also provides lock and key shelves for keeping their important documents.
